Repair Warranty
Repair warranty applies to the specific fault repaired and parts supplied by GROM TECH LTD. It does not cover unrelated faults, liquid damage after repair, impact damage, misuse, software issues, malware, customer-supplied parts or further damage caused by continued use.
Refurbished Laptop Warranty
Refurbished laptops should be supplied with a written warranty period, typically 90 days for hardware faults unless stated otherwise. Battery condition is disclosed at sale and battery warranty may be limited due to used-device age.
Returns For Online Sales
Consumer online sales may carry cancellation rights under UK distance selling rules. Custom-sourced, customised or business-to-business orders may be handled differently. Statutory rights are not affected.
Warranty Process
Customers should contact info@gromtech.net with the invoice number, fault description, photos where useful and the device serial/service tag. Do not post a device back without confirmation.
Shipping
Return shipping for warranty assessment should be agreed before dispatch. Devices must be packed securely. Damage in transit caused by poor packaging may not be covered.
